The November 2015 issue of The Positive Community will feature the second ad in the current advertising campaign that UTS has launched in the New York Metro area.
The Positive Community has a print circulation of 48,000.
One campaign goal is to recruit up-and-coming urban pastors from NY and NJ; to equip and empower them with skills and knowledge, and prepare them to make a stand for the moral revival of their (urban) communities.

This Saturday Robert and Laura Brooks held a lunch in memory and celebration of David S.C. Kim; often remembered from his roles as president of the One World Crusade and president emeritus of UTS. While it was the fourth anniversary of his ascension (November 8, 2011), the event also looked forward to his 100th birthday (November 9) and the positive impact he left on the community. 2015 marked the 40 Year Anniversary of UTS. The 40th Anniversary of the UTS’ Inaugural Convocation was held on September 20, 2015. Trustees, faculty, alumni and guests gathered in the chapel to celebrate the achievements of the first 40 years. 17 UTS alumni from the New York metro area gathered at a “Get-Together” on Tuesday, October 20 at the 4 West 43rd St., UTS Extension Center, using a meeting room on the first floor of the building.
