HJI Career Development: Building An Impactful Resume
On Thursday, March 12, HJI hosted a dynamic session led by Dr. Thomas J. Ward, Program Chair for the Master of Arts in Peace Studies entitled, “Building an Impactful Resume.” The program brought together HJI students eager to strengthen their understanding of how to themselves effectively in today’s competitive job market.
Participants gained practical insights on how to craft compelling resumes, highlight key strengths, and align their professional profiles with evolving career opportunities. The session featured valuable guidance from distinguished speakers, including Dr. Thomas Ward, John Koester, IAYSP Director of UN Relations; and Steven Boyd, Dean of Enrollment Management & Student Life at HJI.
