A Contemporary Theology of Human Spirituality

Mark your calendar for “A Contemporary Theology of Human Spirituality” on Thursday, October 9 at 7pm ET, co-hosted with Higher Purpose Forum.
The diversity of New Testament Christian theologies are prone to criticism, especially by non-believers, as being individualistic, otherworldly, belligerent to other faith systems and therefore incompatible with creating a world of peace. Contemporary theologies must respond to such critiques to offer formulations that build harmony rather than boundaries.
Dr. Theodore Shimmyo, President Emeritus and Adjunct Professor of Theology, HJI will share a scripturally rooted understanding of human spirituality that is responsive to the need to create a world of lasting peace. Rev. Miilhan Stephens, Pastor, Boston Family Church, will be the respondent.
We look forward to your participation in this interactive event.
