The Office of the Provost invites you to “HJI Graduating Students Introduce Their Doctoral Dissertations and Master Thesis,” to celebrate the scholarly and professional achievements of our graduating students.

This forum serves as a showcase for students to present brief overviews of their final academic work. While participation is optional for our graduates, we are delighted to feature six of our students who will be sharing their culminating projects, including:

MA in Religious Studies

  • Lorraine Moffat Baughman “How do spiritually identified clients experience the relationship between their spiritual beliefs and the therapeutic process?”
  • Robert Duffy “The Carolingian Renaissance – A Unificationist Assessment”
  • Robert Mansur “Working to Attain Substantial Personal Restoration: Sublime Use of the Small Group Method”

Doctor of Ministry

  • Bruce Clarke “Building an Intergenerational Worship Service at the Family Church of Connecticut: A Unification Theology for Worship and Its Application”
  • Kalifa Fabrice Dembele “Loss in the Bronx: Mentoring the Young African Immigrants for a Successful Social-Professional Integration in New York City”
  • Wendweson Fikire “Caring for God’s Creation through Eco – Friendly Living: The Significance of Environmental Theology”

This is an excellent opportunity for us to come together as a community to gain insight into the diverse work of our students. We look forward to seeing you.
