Université Virtuelle de Côte d’Ivoire President visits HJI Campus

On Friday, September 18, 2026, the President of the Université Virtuelle de Côte d’Ivoire (UVCI), Professor Koné Tiémoman, visited the HJI campus with his delegation. During the visit, HJI President Dr. Thomas G. Walsh and Professor Koné discussed potential collaboration between the two institutions in ethics, the humanities, and technology. This meeting opened new possibilities for HJI to strengthen academic cooperation with African higher education institutions and expand access to quality education in peace studies, ethics, and the humanities. The visit was facilitated by His Excellency Inza Camara, Consul General of Côte d’Ivoire in New York, who has been a strong advocate for collaboration between HJI and Ivorian higher education institutions.
